The QuietPanel Thinner Wall Soundproofing System has been developed to upgrade existing party walls with very limited space to reduce sound transmission and noise from noisy neighbours. It can be installed onto either masonry or stud walls and is suitable to reduce flanking in the walls. It is a proved solution to upgrade walls that have failed a Part E pre-completion test. Meets Part E of the Building Regulations. Extra thin composition means little space is lost combined with high acoustic performance. The QuietPanel Acoustic Wall System is easy to install and available from stock for fast delivery nationwide. For shipping reasons there is a min order of 5 panels per delivery.

Note. These panels are produced with the sound insulation short of the edges of the plasterboard and not as shown in the photos above of cut panels. This is normal and does not affect the sound insulation these panels have been tested to give.

Because the Acoustic Plasterboard element of this sound insulation is fragile it can become damaged during transit. Any damage sustained can be repaired after installation by filling with Acoustic Sealant or for larger holes with a Polyfilla type hole filler without affecting the sound blocking properties of the product.

Please click on the Installation tab above to access the installation instructions on how to install this system yourself. Easily DIYable but for more expert fitting, we may be able to offer an installation service in your part of the UK so contact us to see if we have fitters that work in your area. The installation will be performed to the highest standards by skilled and experienced tradesmen. Please note: QuietPanel is effective at reducing normal noise levels that should not be expected to be heard, such as talking, radio and TV sound. Loud music, loud noise and bass noise will always be audible although its intensity will be reduced. To reduce loud noise and bass or vibration please see our thicker Resilient Bar system
